Hello, I'm Bob Donovan. I'm running to be your next state assemblyman for the 84th district. As a Milwaukee native, I grew up loving and cherishing this wonderful state we all share. My grandfather was one of the longest-serving police officers on the MPD Force, and my daughter is a lieutenant of that same institution with so many other brave souls. Service runs deep in my family. My parents raised me to treat your neighbor with respect and to help those in need. Those values were my foundation during my service as an alderman on the Milwaukee Common Council.

After years of dealing with the failings of a once iconic city, a while back, my wife and I, like many others, decided it was time to settle down in a community with clean, safe, and quiet streets with other hard-working and loving families. But now, we are dealing with the chaos of the city bleeding into our community.

Wisconsin needs a tested fighter for public safety and the interests of the common man, woman, and child, to bridge the gap between Madison and local governments. All I ask is you give me a chance to hear your concerns and what you want to see from your representative.
